Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for management system certification, training, and consulting services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across various industries. Understand client needs and tailor service proposals that align with Exelera’s offerings and capabilities. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, audit, admin) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Conduct regular follow-ups, manage sales pipelines, and achieve assigned sales targets. Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and other client-facing events. Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports for performance tracking. Stay updated on ISO standards, certification trends, and competitor activities to support strategic selling. Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and strategies.
Qualifications
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to build rapport with decision-makers. Familiarity with ISO standards or management systems is an advantage. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed. Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
